1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpera ("phpera," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phpera online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phpera.com and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phpera service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phpera's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phpera Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the phpera Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phpera, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpera or by any regulatory authority.

phpera reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phpera may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If phpera determines that a player has misrepresented their age or identity during registration, phpera reserves the right to void all bets placed, cancel all winnings, and close the account immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access phpera's gaming services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phpera may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phpera account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. phpera uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpera login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your phpera account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Never share your phpera login credentials with any third party.
• Notify phpera's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your phpera account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

phpera will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phpera that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phpera supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. All transactions on phpera are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpera does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on phpera:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your phpera account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• phpera reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• phpera does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which phpera bears no responsibility.
• phpera reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All funds deposited into your phpera account are held for gaming purposes only. phpera is not a bank and does not pay interest on player balances. Deposits must not be made from third-party accounts; all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpera offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In addition to any bonus-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all phpera bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phpera reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phpera Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on phpera, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

phpera uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. phpera does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, phpera reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. phpera's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpera Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phpera games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phpera's software or systems.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phpera account by any third party, including family members.
• Using the phpera Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpera Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phpera content without prior written consent from phpera.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpera, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phpera Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond phpera's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by phpera in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Interruption or cessation of phpera services for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance purposes.

phpera's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpera account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phpera Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpera makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phpera reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phpera will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the phpera Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phpera's support team.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phpera, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phpera's support team. phpera will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phpera also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.
